What we collect
If you submit the demo request form, we receive the details you enter: name, work email, company, and the answers you give about your role, portfolio and timeline. If you allow statistics, we receive aggregated page-view and performance data that does not identify you. We do not buy data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Form submissions are used solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a demo. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Statistics are processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting, and analytics if you allow it) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Mapbox receives your IP address when you enable the map. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. Aggregated usage statistics are retained by Vercel for 30 days. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@ninezero.ai and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
